RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
To organise a return or exchange please contact one of our team at info@pewpols.com. You are responsible for organising your own return. We do not pay for returns. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. This condition applies to all full-price and sale items and applies to both private and store purchases. Please use the original shipping box to post your return. Where this is not possible please use a suitable box with sufficient padding and protection. Items that are damaged either by the customer or during return shipping will not be accepted for return. All returns must include glasses, packaging, pouches, cases, and booklets. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as Pewpols does not accept any responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Damage to any of our packaging (White box) will incur a €15 restocking fee. Damage to any other items in the glasses set including glasses, case, or card will automatically forfeit your refund. We do not refund items that have been worn or adjusted by the customer. It is up to the customer to organise for the item to be re-shipping should a damaged or worn item be returned to us. Please mark your return as a commercial return on the shipping docket as we will not be held responsible for any import duties when returning from outside the European Union.
Returns will be processed within 48 hours, however, this may vary during busy periods. Items received outside of our 28-day return period will be returned to you. Please allow 5-10 working days for refunds to appear in your account. Exchange or receive a gift card within 28 days. Exchange for a different colour or size of the same style. Please allow 5-10 working days for refunds to appear in your account.
We currently ship to many international destinations including Ireland, The United Kingdom, Europe, North America, Canada, Australia, and Japan. A tracking number will be sent to all customers following their purchase. Please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch.
Please note:When ordering from outside the EU, you may be subject to additional charges imposed by your local customs or import authorities. These fees are not covered by Pewpols and are the responsibility of the recipient. If you fail to pay these charges and the package is destroyed, we will not issue a refund or replacement. As these charges are beyond our control, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
If your item is lost or experiences a significant delay during shipping, Pewpols will arrange for a replacement to be sent—unless the delay is due to actions by the recipient. To ensure successful delivery, all shipments require a signature upon receipt. Once signed for, responsibility for the package transfers to you. If you’ve designated an alternative recipient or delivery address and the package is signed for at that location, responsibility also transfers to you.
Please note that Pewpols is not liable for issues arising from incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout.
Upon receiving your order, we recommend checking the contents against the enclosed documentation and ensuring the package has not been tampered with. If you notice any discrepancies or issues, please contact us immediately at info@pewpols.com.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. Pewpols accepts no responsibility for incorrect addresses provided after the item has been dispatched to you. Please note that we will only deliver to the address provided on the order.
FAULTY ITEMS
In the unlikely event that you find your product to be faulty, please contact us by email to info@pewpols.com and our Customer Care team will be in contact you. Return shipping for faulty items will be arranged through our customer care team. Items are only deemed faulty if they are received damaged and not where they are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear are not covered by our guarantee.
GUARANTEE
Pewpols is happy to offer a 1-year guarantee on all items. Under this guarantee, we will repair or replace items with manufacturing defects. Damage caused by misuse or reasonable wear and tear is not covered by this guarantee. Items deemed to be altered or repaired without our knowledge are not covered by this guarantee.
