Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt at your address.
Please visit the store section of our website. Select the product('s) you wish to purchase, add to basket, view basket, enter the details required at the checkout and your order is now placed.
Your order will be received at our office and a confirmation email will be sent to you stating that we have received your order. Your order will be prepared, checked and then dispatched by a member of our team. You will receive a tracking number by email following dispatch.
You can check the status of your order once dispatched by following a link to the tracking website. Orders are dispatched within three days after payment has been made.
We cannot guarantee that your order will not be dispatched on the same day received. Please contact us at if you wish to change your order and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
We accept all major credit cards through our website and also offer a Klarna payment plan.
We offer a guarantee against any manufacturing product fault for one year after the day of purchase. Should your frames need attention outside that period, please get in touch and we'll advise further. All faulty items must be returned to us to validate a replacement frame or refund.
